Heart Centered Living and Loving
by Linda Andrews
Lately, a simple mantra has been guiding me: more love.
Election season, more love.
A canceled opportunity, more love.
Serving clients, more love.
Dinner with my husband, more love.
Family dynamics, more love.
And sometimes the reminder flips: love more.
Why This Matters for Leaders
In fast-moving environments, it is easy to disconnect from what truly matters. Stress, deadlines, and competing priorities can pull you into frustration and burnout. Choosing love might sound abstract, but energetically it is one of the most powerful states available.
On the scale of vibrational frequencies, love ranks just beneath enlightenment, peace, and joy. It lifts your presence, your relationships, and even the way you lead.
The Practical Check-In
One of the simplest practices I use is what I call the “joy check.” I pause and ask myself: Am I having fun?
This does not mean ignoring difficult emotions. Lower states—anger, sadness, frustration—have their place. But in each moment you can ask: How do I want to feel right now?
That one question shifts your perspective, helps you self-regulate, and brings you back to center.
Living With More Love
When you choose love more often—even in ordinary moments—you start to notice changes:
Work feels lighter.
Relationships deepen.
Your decision-making becomes clearer.
Stress carries less weight.
For the next week, try repeating more love in moments of frustration or pressure. Notice what shifts for you.
Clarity, leadership, and freedom begin when you lead from the heart.
