8. Payments & Cancellation

• No refunds for time already used or partial periods
• Missed sessions are forfeited unless rescheduled within policy

9. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Lila Life — including frameworks, language, recordings, structures, and educational content — remain Lila Life intellectual property.

You may use materials personally.

You may not copy, distribute, teach, publish, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

10. Team Access & Operational Support

Lila Life may use assistants, contractors, editors, moderators, or technical providers.

They may access limited information only as necessary to operate the Service and are expected to respect confidentiality.

11. Accounts, Credentials & Brand Representation

Access to email, social media, storage, or systems does not grant ownership or authority to represent Lila Life or Linda Andrews publicly.

Collaborators may not present themselves as partners, spokespeople, or current representatives unless authorized.

Upon relationship end, access must cease and materials deleted.

12. Public Figure & Media Participation

Lila Life and Linda Andrews may participate in podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and public media.

Statements made in public forums are educational discussion and not individualized advice.

13. Ideas, Feedback & Experimental Projects

Lila Life operates as a learning and development environment.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

• You retain ownership of personal proprietary information you clearly identify as confidential.
• Lila Life retains ownership of its frameworks, methods, and independently developed concepts.

Participation does not create partnership, co-creator status, or compensation rights in future materials.

Lila Life may independently develop books, programs, events, products, MVP tests, or companies inspired by general patterns, anonymized experiences, or commonly shared problems.

No royalties, credit, equity, or compensation is owed unless agreed in writing beforehand.

If protection is required, you must request a written NDA before disclosure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lila Life is not liable for decisions, losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

You assume responsibility for how you interpret and apply information.

15. Indemnification

You agree not to hold Lila Life liable for consequences arising from your actions based on the Service.

16. External Agreements

If a separate written contract exists between you and Lila Life, that agreement governs where conflicts occur.
