Founded by Linda Andrews after burnout from a Fortune 100 finance career and a Division I athletic journey, Lila Life was born from a desire to lead with deeper alignment.
With degrees in Psychology and Journalism from Rutgers and experience spanning finance, performance coaching, culinary arts, yoga, and wellness, Linda blends strategy and soul. What started as a personal search for clarity became a repeatable system for helping others find theirs.
